By accessing or using SnapCal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapCal is an AI-powered calorie tracking web application that analyzes food images and text descriptions to estimate nutritional content. Results are estimates and should not be considered medically accurate.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly (₹99/month) or yearly (₹999/year) via Cashfree. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users receive 3 AI scans per day. Scan count resets daily. Unlimited scans require a Premium subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

SnapCal provides nutritional estimates for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on this data. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
