We collect: account information (email, name, password hashed), food images you upload, meal descriptions you type, and usage data (scan count, meal history).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide AI food analysis, track your nutrition history, improve our AI model, and communicate about your account.

3. AI & Image Processing

Food images are sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis. Images are not stored by the AI provider beyond the analysis request. We store the image on our server for meal history display.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Google Gemini API (for food analysis), Cashfree (for payment processing), and when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your meal history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may: access your data, delete your account, export your meal history, and update your preferences at any time.

7. Security

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. All traffic is HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Cashfree — we never store card details.
